Ingredients:

• 60ml Blacks Golden Rum
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 10ml water
• 10ml sugar syrup
• Garnish: orange peel

Method:

1. Stir well with ice for 20 seconds.
2. Strain and serve over a large ice cube.
3. Garnish with an orange peel.
