Contemporary restaurant The Coburg is delighted to announce the fifth instalment of its popular Supper Club series. In an exclusive partnership with Spanish winery Arzuaga Wines, the evening of November 23rd is set to offer a once-off menu curated in harmony with the Arzuaga catalogue.
Designed by The Coburg’s ever-innovative Executive Head Chef, Marek Sulg, this special menu promises culinary delights melding and uplifting the flavours of the chosen Arzuaga wines, all while celebrating the best of Irish produce.
Opening the evening is an Amuse Galway Oyster with lemon and Tabasco, before diving into a course of Red Peperonata served with Goats Cheese Foam, Toasted Pine Nuts and Basil Oil. Following this, Pan Fried Cod, Saffron Cream, Crushed Artichokes, Black Olive Tapenade will be served ahead of a rich Venison, Fondant Potato, Star Anise, Pickled Red Cabbage and Blackberry Jus. Closing out the evening will be a decadent Dessert Cheese Course.
Each course has been meticulously paired with a wine from the Arzuaga collection, from the friendly and aromatic Arzuaga Rosé, to a nuanced Arzuaga Reserva 2018. Diners will be expertly guided through the four chosen wines of the evening at each course, bringing the esteemed Ribera del Duero region to the heart of Dublin.
The Coburg’s Arzuaga Supper Club kicks off at 6:30pm on Thursday, November 23rd. Tickets are priced at €79 per person and are available for purchase via OpenTable. Early booking is advised due to limited availability.
