Tantalise your Tastebuds at St. Patrick’s Festival 2023

The national St. Patrick’s Festival 2023 returns March 16th – 19th and the theme of this year’s spectacular global celebration of Irish arts, culture and heritage is ‘ONE’, as the Festival issues an open invite to people from all over the world to come to Dublin, Ireland to share, to connect, to participate and to celebrate together as one. Returning after an incredibly successful debut last year is the St. Patrick’s Festival Quarter at the National Museum of Ireland, Collins Barracks which will be home to a magical day-to-night urban Festival for all, from March 16th to 19th.

Food highlights from this year’s festival include:

Irish Food & Drink Village at Festival Quarter

Thursday 16th – Sunday 19th March, from 12pm to 10.30pm National Museum of Ireland, Collins Barracks, Dublin 7

If you’re starved and thirsty after a morning’s Parade watching, we’ve got the best in Irish Street Food at our St Patrick’s Festival Quarter Irish Food and Drink Village, to make sure you and the family are well fed and have enough fuel in the tank for all of the fun taking place throughout the day. Feast on contemporary and diverse Irish cooking from the top of Ireland’s food truck community including Crepes in the City, Farm Hog Roast, Pinchos, Lala Poutine, Fire and Food, Love Falafel, Little Dumpling/Bullet Hong Kong BBQ, Hell’s BBQ and more. Day to night, refreshments and craft beverages will be served. The Irish Food & Craft Village will be open throughout the day for all to enjoy, then from 6pm daily it will be strictly limited to over 18’s. No tickets are required for entry to the Irish Food & Craft Village, all are welcome subject to age restrictions and capacity.

Me Auld Flower Food and Drink Festival

Thursday 16th – Sunday 19th March – Dublin City Fruit, Veg & Flower Market, Dublin 7

Me Auld Flower is a new Irish food & drink festival by the people behind Big Grill, located in the historic fruit & veg market in the heart of Dublin. In association with St. Patrick’s Festival 2023, it is the first-of-its-kind in the venue. Me Auld Flower brings the best of Ireland together to recreate the buzz of the old market with a modern take. The event will focus on Irish food & drink culture with a mix of restaurants, chefs, producers, distilleries, brewers and makers, all under one roof. You’ll find delicious restaurants such as Bahay, Big fan Bao, Mark O’Brien, Bites by Kwanghi, King Sitric and many more. Learn all about Irish food and drink culture with food demos led by Shauna Froydenlund, Jordan Bailey, JP McMahon, Fingal Ferguson and others. While enjoying the amazing food and drinks on offer, get stuck in with a host of live music acts and DJs.
