Foodies mark your calendars as Dublin’s favourite food festival, Dine in Dublin, returns in February for the eighth year running. Taking place from Monday, 22nd February to Sunday, 28th February, the capital will come alive with a feast of culinary delights. With over 60 of Dublin’s most famed restaurants involved in this year’s festival, Dine in Dublin 2016 has something to suit every palate, dietary requirement and budget. Brought to you by DublinTown, Dine in Dublin sees the biggest names in the Dublin foodie scene offer an unparalleled dining experience over the course of seven days.

Chefs Table at Soder and Ko
On Tuesday, 23rd February, Soder & Ko will offer a delicious tasting menu where guests can learn how each dish is prepared under the instruction of its head chef. With each tasting course attendees will enjoy an accompanying cocktail, the perfect way to enjoy a night of food and fun in the city centre.

Salamanca Cocktail Tasting Event
On Tuesday, 23rd February, Salamanca will play host to a mouth-watering cocktail tasting event. From 7-9pm guests can sample the very best cocktail creations and enjoying tasty bites from Salamanca’s famed tapas menu.

Belvedere 100% Natural Low Sugar Cocktails and Rustic Bites
On Monday, 22nd February, Rustic Stone – Rustic Bar will showcase four new Belvedere cocktails through a demonstration. Sip them whilst enjoying the new Rustic Stone finger food menu. One lucky guest on the night will win a bottle of Belvedere vodka and two frosted Belvedere glasses wrapped in a €100 Rustic Stone voucher.

Dine & Wine at Marcels
On Tuesday, 23rd February, from 6.30pm, Marcels will host a Dine & Wine event. Attendees will enjoy a delicious specially prepared three course menu paired with specific wines for each course to enhance the experience – the perfect way to enjoy Dine in Dublin in style!

Cooking Demo and Cocktails at Opium
On Wednesday, 24th February, Opium will host an exclusive cookery master class with executive head chef, Philip Hughes. Learn how to prepare and cook favourite Opium dishes, while nibbling on Asian delights and enjoying Opium’s delicious signature cocktails.

Cheese and Wine at Le Petit Parisien
On Wednesday, 24th February from 7.00pm, become immersed in the decadent surrounding of Le Petit Parisien and enjoy an irresistible tasting selection of some of this charming café’s delicious breads, cheese and perfectly paired wines.

Cooks Academy Pizza Club
On Friday, 26th February, Cooks Academy will host a mouth-watering Pizza Club where attendees can learn from top chefs how to make a range of delicious and exciting pizza toppings, as well as quick and easy pizza bases and sauces. At the end of the session, guests will chill out with a well-deserved glass of wine and sit down to enjoy the delicious pizzas with fellow guests.

Gotham Café Craft Beer & Pizza Pairing Menu
From Monday, 22nd February to Sunday, 28th February, Gotham Café will offer a special Dine in Dublin 2016 craft beer and pizza pairing menu – attendees can enjoy their choice of delicious pizza, craft beer and either a starter or dessert for just €20.16.

Chateaubriand & Bordeaux at Fade Street Social
On Saturday, 27th February, Fade Street Social – The Restaurant, will host a pre-rugby Chateaubriand & Bordeaux for two menu from 1pm-3pm, before Ireland take on England in the Six Nations, which will be screened in the Winter Garden roof terrace. There will be a free pint of Clonmel 1650 for all guests watching the match in the Winter Garden if Ireland scores a try.

Platform 61
Platform 61 has teamed up with neighbouring businesses Christoph Eye Couture and Fireplace Barber to offer a Neighbourhood Love promotion. This promotion sees the three businesses offering a 50% off a selective treatment / dinner for the perfect night out! Gents can enjoy a half price traditional luxurious hot towel shave treatment and face massage at Fireplace Barber (€15 – 50% off), while ladies enjoy a shellac manicure (€15 – 50% off) at Christoph Eye Couture before meeting at Platform 61 for an indulgent dinner and wine for two (€30 – 50% off).
