Support Oxfam Irelands’ Refugee Crisis Appeal with a #cupoflove
Last March, The Artisan Parlour & Grocery in Ringsend launched a fund raising initiative. The aim of the campaign was to raise money and awareness for Yes Equality, in the Marriage Referendum. With #cupoflove AP&G donated 50 cent to the Yes Equality Campaign from every take out McCabe’s Artisan coffee and Nik’s Tea that was sold up until the referendum. We raised hundreds of euro, and there was an overwhelming Yes Vote (83%) in the area.
From next Monday, September 14th we will be relaunching #cupoflove. We believe, there isn’t one person who hasn’t been touched by the Mediterranean refugee crisis, and we would like to do our bit to help. So from Monday next, 50c from every take out coffee and tea will be donated to Oxfam Ireland, and their Refugee Crisis Appeal. So come in and buy yours.
We are also asking other coffee shops to join in and support the #cupoflove fundraising initiative. (Fully supporting #cupoflove , our suppliers McCabe’s Artisan Coffee will be getting the ball rolling by giving 10% from every bag of coffee they sell at this weekend’s Dublin Coffee & Tea Festival, to Oxfam Ireland)
