Summer Sorted – Guinness X Meatopia is Coming Back to Dublin Next Month

GUINNESS X MEATOPIA is returning to Dublin this summer and we’re already planning out every little detail of our weekend.

Taking place from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th of July, the 3-day beer and food festival is going to setting up shop in the Open Gate Brewery, the innovative and beer experimentation centre of St. James’s Gate.

Visitors will dine on unique dishes that have been grilled or smoked over sustainable wood and charcoal. The food will be of course, matched with Guinness Draught, Open Gate Brewery beers and experimental brews created especially for the culinary feast.

Top Irish and international live-fire chefs, brewers, beer sommeliers and a wonderful mix of passionate individuals and collectives from the worlds of beer, food and fire will be at the festival this summer.

As well as eating your heart out, there will also be a number of beer tastings, butchery demonstrations, beer and food workshops and in true Meatopia style, an eclectic line-up of entertainers, musicians and DJs.

This year’s line-up of impressive food guests includes Niall Davidson, Dan Doherty, Pip Lacey, Elizabeth Haigh, Esther Choi, Jonathon Sawyer and San Pellegrino Young Chef winner for the UK and Ireland, Killian Crowley, will be in attendance.

This is the second time Meatopia will come to town. Tickets for the Dublin festival cost €70. For more information and to book tickets, visit guinnessopengate.com/meatopia.
