Placing an emphasis on the freshest ingredients, locally sourced, the menus change regularly with bigger changes with the seasons. With 5 starters, 5 mains, 5 desserts and sides to choose from, the menus are packed with delightful flavours that will suit all tastebuds and dietary requirements including plant based and coeliac.
Starters like Pickled Beetroot, Beetroot Purêe, Apple and Tofu, Smoked Sea Trout, Dill, Lemon, Cucumber and Sourdough, Roast Red Pepper and Tomato with Guinness Loaf, Chicken Liver Parfait, Apple, Walnuts and Brioche and Steak Tartar, Egg, Mustard and Shallot will ignite your tastebuds. Mains like Hake, Confit Tomato, Dill, Fennel and Broccoli, Wild Mushroom Risotto, Chicken, Cauliflower, Pancetta and Peas, Daube of Beef, Carrot, Mushroom, Pearl Barley and Bacon and Lamb Rump, Croquette, Asparagus and Wild Garlic will put a smile on your face. Desserts include Chocolate Ganache, Orange and Vanilla Ice-cream, Crème Brulee and Poached Rhubarb, Coconut Rice Pudding and Caramelised Pineapple and Sticky Toffee Pudding and Vanilla Ice-Cream will truly make this dining event one to remember.

Dinner menu served from 6pm – 9pm Friday and Saturday is €65pp*, Sunday lunch menu served from 1pm – 5pm is €44pp, Children’s Sunday lunch is €19.50pp.
