Sugar and Spice Cocktail Recipe by Monika Coghlan of Pepperazzi

Get in the Christmas spirit and impress your guests with this sweet and spicy festive cocktail. Spread some holiday magic with Sugar & Spice.

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Longueville House Apple Brandy
  • 25ml port
  • 15ml thyme & cinnamon syrup
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • Garnish: sprig of thyme

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
