You’re Invited to Join Slow Food Dublin’s Fabulously Festive Christmas Party

This time of year invitations are most likely to be flooding in to your inbox for various Christmas soirees, but before you schedule in a shindig for Tuesday December 5th take note that’s the date of Slow Food Dublin‘s festive get together.

The event, taking place at Sip & Slurp cafe, 67 Charlemont Street, Dublin 2, has all the tipples and trimmings to get you into the holiday party spirit.

There will be a wine tasting with co-host Padraig Sweeney from Sweeney’s of Philipsburgh Avenue and Lilac Wines, and a beer tasting with Shane Kelly from DOT Brew.

Your beverage of choice will be paired with party food from Sip & Slurp, while elsewhere on the food front there will be a Slow Food Pantry with products to up your entertaining game.

Getting you ready your own Christmas party Off The Cuffe bitters will be sharing hints for holiday punch and make-ahead cocktails, and you’ll leave with a host of recipes to recreate your favourite tastes and tipples from the night.

Tickets are priced at €30, or €27 for members of Slow Food, excluding Eventbrite fees, and can be bought here.

The shindig takes place on Tuesday, Decemeber 5th, from 7.30-9.30pm in Sip & Slurp, 67 Charlemont Street, Dublin 2.

Slow Food Dublin is a member of Slow Food Ireland and one of 1,300 local chapters of Slow Food around the world.

The goal of the Dublin is to promote the values of good, clean and fair food in Dublin city centre and the surrounding county.
