BT

The Restaurant at Brown Thomas, Dublin
This hidden gem in the centre of Dublin is often overlooked as a dining option by non shoppers. Last year the powers that be invested in a refurbishment and brought in Michelin Star Restaurateur Patrick Guilbaud to consult on the new menu. The result is affordable, accessible dining which might surprise those with preconceptions of grandeur and opulence. The children’s menu is particularly good value and to cater to their predominantly female clientele, there is a great emphasis on seafood. Provenance and sustainability are important here for improving freshness and quality. A visit to The Restaurant is a great way to finish off your shopping spree, whether that takes place in the halls of Brown Thomas or out on the streets of Dublin.
