Is your palate ready for a spring awakening? As well as the promise of longer evenings and even the odd ray of sunshine, spring brings with it an array of foodie delights which work beautifully together on a plate. The Marker Hotel in the heart of the Dublin Docklands has tailored its Brasserie menu to help you take advantage of the ultimate season for fresh produce. They have just unveiled a sumptuous seasonal spring menu designed to cater for all tastes.
As always, the team at The Marker Hotel cooks for the season, using only the best local, seasonal produce. This Spring the extensive, creative dinner menu features in season lamb rump, guinea fowl, sea bass and pork neck, complimented by fresh spring vegetables; young lettuce, seaweed, spring onion, spinach, beetroot, peas and parsnips. This thoughtfully prepared seasonal menu is available now in The Brasserie.
Take a lighter approach to lunch with healthy options from the Spring edition of the Equilibrium Menu, including the new Spring Salad which features radishes, dandelion leaves, William pear, liquorice and chocolate. Poke Bowls are also on offer for lunch packed full of goodness with sashimi tuna, beans, kelp, mushroom soy and a sprinkle of bacon cracker.
The latest seasonal menu is the perfect excuse to experience the outstanding service at The Marker Hotel. All guests that dine at The Brasserie will have guaranteed access to the Rooftop Bar & Terrace where you can enjoy a cocktail or two while overlooking the capital city, so you can sit back and relax as the evening stretches on and watch as the sun goes down a little later each day.
The Spring Menu is available from March 1st and are served in The Brasserie. To book, email email@example.com or call 01-6875104.
