Salted Caramel, Banana and Chocolate Chip Cookie Mini Trifle By Glenisk

Looking for a quick and easy but oh so tasty dessert? Well look no further – Glenisk have got you covered!


  • 450g Glenisk Organic Greek Style Salted Caramel Yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 6 small chocolate chip cookies
  • Salted caramel sauce:
  • 80g salted butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 250ml double cream


  1. To make the caramel sauce, melt the sugar on a pan until it turns to liquid – no stirring until this point! Add the butter, remove from the heat and stir in the double cream until smooth.
  2. Simply layer the ingredients into a glass, drizzle with some extra sauce and enjoy.
