Tempt Your Tastebuds With The Saddle Room’s New Summer Menu at The Shelbourne

One of Dublin’s luxurious restaurants has a tempting new summer menu that will add a touch of luxury to your dining.

Named after The Shelbourne’s historic dining rooms, The Saddle Room Restaurant is an old favourite reinvented as a Dublin steakhouse and seafood restaurant.

The new menu features some incredible seafood dining platters, which include Lambay Island Lobster Tail, Mullaghmore Mussels, Dublin Bay Prawns, Carlingford Oysters, Smoked Salmon and Castletownbere Crab.

Diners also have the option to share a Caviar dish, served with Melba Toast, Egg, Parsley, Red Onion and Sour Cream. Why not get the most out of this indulgence with a glass of Champagne?

Some other classic dishes on The Saddle Room’s new menu include Potato Gnocchi, Roast Saddle of Rabbit, Chump of Curragh Lamb and an indulgent 28 Day Aged Hereford Rib on the Bone.

So treat yourself to a Tasting Menu at €80 per person or €120 with wine pairings. Otherwise, you can choose something from the A La Carte menu, with sharing platters, new starters and main courses all on offer.
