Saba Restaurant moves to a new location on South William Street

Saba, the Award-winning Thai/Vietnamese restaurant, and Official Partner to Hockey Ireland, is moving from its Clarendon Street location to No.7 South William Street.  Saba’s first restaurant on Clarendon Street closed after 15 years and has moved to their new South William Street location, which was previously occupied by Eden Bar and Grill.

Initially, Saba will operate a Pop Up for outdoor dining from July 15th until the end of August serving its customer’s favourite dishes. In addition to the outdoor dining offering, the new Saba Pop Up will offer a food take-out option for shoppers in Dublin’s city centre.

At the end of August, the Saba Pop Up will close for refurbishment, reopening in October as Saba’s newest restaurant location in time for the festive season. The new Saba location will be a beautiful, spacious restaurant seating 120 guests for award-winning Thai/Vietnamese food and cocktails in a buzzy atmosphere.

Saba’s Owner, Paul Cadden has said: ‘After the last year of uncertainty, we are delighted to be in a position to open two new Saba restaurant locations in Kildare Village and now South William Street joining our Baggot Street Restaurant and 3 Saba To Go locations. We are thankful to have so many great memories of Saba, Clarendon Street, it was the first Saba location and it helped us turn small ideas into reality over the past fifteen years. This is a really exciting time for our team and we look forward to making more happy memories for all our customers in our new Saba home on South William Street.’

Saba Pop Up opens this Thursday, July 15th and will run until the end of August.
