ROLY’S SEAFOOD FESTIVAL RECOMMENDED WINE LIST

Rose | France, Provence | Minuty M Rose 2020 €25.00

Eager and intense on the nose with orange peel and red current aromas. Smooth flavours with a nice acidulous freshness.

Spain | Ruta 49 Albarino | Rias Baixas 2017 €18.00

The Albariño Ruta 49 is a clear and gleaming pale yellow colour, with fresh fruit and herbaceous notes.

Light body, balanced acidity and citrus aromas, nicely structured with hints of ripe fruit. Lively finish.

France | Loire | Comte Lafond Sancerre 2019 €17.50 (Half Bottle)

A very special Sancerre, made from old vines. Complex layers of gooseberry, lime zest, orange blossom, freshly-cut Spring grass, underpinned with minerally chalky base note and a long sublime finish. A benchmark Sancerre.

South Africa, Walker Bay | Southern Right Sauvignon Blanc 2019 €18

The 2019 is a wine that favours origin expressive individuality, minerality and palate complexity ahead of pure, pungent varietal aroma. A significant percentage of fruit from clay-rich soil has added an intense mid-palate structural component

and additional overall complexity to this wine

France | Burgundy | Meurgey Croses Pouilly Fuisse 2019 €30

Ripe and expressive, this exhibits apricot, grapefruit, orange and baking spice aromas and flavors. Open and accessible, with a tangy, mouth-watering finish. Only 300 cases made (90 Points Wine Spectator)

France | Loire, Touraine | Baron de Briare Gamay 2019 €20.00

Bright, elegant, red fruits, and the perfect light red to accompany delicate seafood.
