Rarely does a month pass without Restaurant FortyOne scooping another award for its fine-dining. Under the expert guidance of rising talent Graham Neville, the restaurant has flourished in the last three years, with The Irish Times describing the menu as “splendid, impeccable, elegant, perfect” and The Irish Independent praising the restaurant’s “air of luxury and comfort” and the “beautifully presented, perfect” food.

Eschewing butter and sugar in favour of olive oil, vegetable and fruit juices — sourced from its very own garden — Graham and his team create fulsome courses, boasting delicate and elegant tastes with sumptuous depth. To complement the incredible edibles, sommelier Victor Nedelea provides a breathtaking, world-class wine list, including rare wine and small wine producers. The staff, meanwhile, are attentive and mindful.

This is fine-dining without the stuffiness.

The restaurant can host up to 52 guests in the front and main room, with an additional two private dining rooms (with both catering for up to 10 guests each). Tasting menus and special requests are willingly accommodated, and wine tastings and dinner evenings are always available.

Our welcoming team are proud to have recently hosted US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on her visit to Dublin. They now await your visit.

Head Chef Graham Neville joined Residence in 2008 and has nurtured Restaurant Forty One to become an award winning fine dining destination. This has been achieved due to his innovative culinary style which manifests as passion for locally sourced, Irish ingredients combined with his classical French training. Following his professional training in the Culinary Arts at DIT Cathal Brugha Street, Neville spent a number of years working in the United States, primarily in Chicago where he designed progressive French cuisine at both Tru and Les Nomades, two of the city’s finest restaurants, both valuing an artistic and free thinking approach to food. On his return to Ireland Graham worked for seven years at Thornton’s restaurant which holds two Michelin stars.Graham’s talent has resulted in Restaurant FortyOne being recognised as one of Ireland’s leading restaurants. Graham’s food sourcing ethos has led to his development of Residence’s own organic kitchen garden on the hills overlooking the Irish sea just outside the city centre.
