You only need five ingredients to make this nutty protein balls recipe, and they’re raw, so they only take a mere eight minutes to make. Protein balls are a fantastic snack for pre and post workout, a nice little treat that give a little energy boost, whilst also providing protein, vitamin E and fibre.
Indeed, I also find these great in the morning if I’m in a rush, I can grab two, and happily munch on them in the car! The subtle hint of cacao will help satisfy chocolate cravings, and you’ll get a nice little antioxidant boost at the same time.
