Quique Dacosta, holder of three Michelin stars and an Honorary Doctorate in Fine Arts, will inaugurate a pop-up restaurant in Palazzo Versace in Dubai this January. He will be the first chef to step into the kitchen of Enigma, one of the restaurants in the recently opened Palazzo Versace, Dubai.
This innovative restaurant embodies the pop-up concept and it offers guests an opportunity to experience unique and exclusive cuisine in the space that will transmit the aesthetic features of the “Quique Dacosta Restaurante”. Avant-garde meals prepared by the chef can be enjoyed up to April 12, when another renowned international chef will take over.
This way, Quique Dacosta’s culinary concepts will be offered in the United Arab Emirates and in his flagship restaurant located in Denia, which will carry on with its day-to-day business. “Being able to bring my kitchen to other parts of the world is just amazing. I am happy to land in Dubai at Palazzo Versace. I hope that people of Dubai would enjoy Enigma and my gourmet proposal, full of Mediterranean roots and avant-garde, as much as I’m enjoying this experience“, he commented.
Over the last couple of months, Quique Dacosta participated in various gastronomic congresses and events outside of Spain (New York, Galway, Milan and Zurich) and he continues developing on the international scale.
“Enigma was designed to emulate the very nature of our current lifestyle: quick, versatile and dynamic. We are always innovating, evolving and creating expectations. We want Enigma to be an exceptional gastronomic experience“, says Patrick Robineau, the Manager of Palazzo Versace Dubai.
The chef has transformed the “Quique Dacosta Restaurante” into one of the finest restaurants in the world, which is also placed on the prestigious list “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants”. Quique Dacosta also owns El Poblet (1*), Vuelve Carolina and MercatBar restaurants in Valencia.
