Award Winning Chef Gareth Mullins has developed a new 4 week course covering fresh and vibrant Spring Recipes along with some comforting Food for Chilling

And just like that it’s spring!

Introducing our next programme – Spring grilling, food for chilling!

The goal for the next 4-week-programme is for our food at home to reflect the season, brighter and lighter.

When spring arrives and days get longer, I like to start grilling meats, roasting fish, and making delicious light salads. Cocktails are also a firm favourite in our house.

In this programme, I will show you some simple marinades and sauces, which are a great accompaniment for meat, fish or vegetables and help maximise flavour. I will focus on skills and techniques that will carry you through to the summer months, when hopefully home entertainment will be back on the menu.

I will show you some simple steps to follow so your food is ready before your guests arrive, and you don’t miss out on the fun while still eating incredible food.

As always we will focus on fresh, vibrant, local ingredients, solid cooking techniques and a love for good food.

Gareth has designed a course with easy to find ingredients, that can be sourced in any local supermarket.

How Does it Work

The watch & learn cookery experience is sold in cycles of 4 Chapters, one Chapter per week, on Mondays at 7:30pm.

An information pack including the list of ingredients, recipes and tips will be sent out on Fridays, so that attendees have time to familiarise themselves with the material.

Each Chapter, includes 3 parts: The ingredients | The recipes |The skills

The classes are held on Zoom and an interactive Q&A with Gareth is run via Zoom Chats throughout the class.  A link to the video is sent after class to all participants so if they miss a class, they can watch it back or they can refer back to the video when cooking.

The cost of each module is €20. Modules can be bought individually at €20 or as a series of 4 Modules for €60.
