You’ll feel like the classiest bartender around with this tantalising Pornstar Martini recipe from The Ice House. Smooth vanilla notes mixed with the exotic passion fruit flavours, this cocktail is the perfect taste of summer.

Ingredients: 

• 35ml Vanilla Vodka
• 20ml Passoa Liqueur
• 20ml Passionfruit Puree
• 20ml Lime Juice
• 10ml Sugar Syrup
• Served with a shot glass of Prosecco on the side.

Method:

1. Place a coupe glass in the freezer
2. Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a passion fruit half.
5. Serve with sparkling Prosecco in a measure glass on the side.
