How Far Will Your Money Go? These Are The Cheapest Places to Get a Pint Around The World

You can’t beat a refreshing pint at the end of a hard day at work, especially when enjoyed with friends.

People especially love a good drink when they’re on holidays, but have you ever wondered which countries offer the most and expensive pints?

An interactive map, focusing on 177 of the world’s most populated cities, has been created by price comparison site, Finder.com, in order to determine that fact.

According to the map, Venezuela is the cheapest place in the world to buy a pint, with the price coming in at €0.58. On the other end of the spectrum, Dubai is the most expensive spot to buy a pint, coming in at €9.71.

Ireland, home of Guinness, is ranked at number 21 on the list, with the average cost of a pint costing €5.49.

Commenting on the results, CEO of Finder UK, Jon Ostler, said: “It was interesting to see such a wide difference between how much it costs for a pint in different cities around the world.”

He added: “By doing your research in advance you will not only be prepared financially, but avoid unnecessary stress and allow for a more enjoyable holiday.”
