Nine Unmissable Wine Books Make up Infinite Ideas’ Newly Launched Classic Wine Library

Publisher Infinite Ideas announced the editorial board for its Classic Wine Library, which launches this summer with nine titles. The series will be presided over by three well known personalities of the international wine business, Richard Mayson (award-wining wine writer at Decanter and prestigious lecturer), Sarah Jane Evans MW (Chairman of the Institute of Masters of Wine and judge at international competitions) and Joshua Greene (wine critic and publisher and editor-in-chief of Wine & Spirits magazine).

The Classic Wine Library covers a wide range of subjects, from specific regions to entire countries, including technical information as well as practical tips, in an appealing and approachable style. The publisher plans to have
40 wine titles in print by the end of 2018.
The nine launch titles are a mixture of updated editions of existing books and completely new titles. These are the books in the collection:

Richard Mayson, Port and the Douro.
Nicholas Faith, Cognac: the story of the world’s greatest brandy.
Julian Jeffs, Sherry.
Richard Mayson, Madeira: the islands and their wines.
Stephen Brook, The wines of Austria.
Monty Waldin, Biodynamic wine.
Rosemary George, The wines of Faugères.
Nicholas Faith, The story of Champagne.
Mark Ridgwell, Spirits distilled.
The first six titles were published June 2016 and the latter three will be available in late August.
