Get in Line – New Doughnut & Coffee Bar Opens Today with Free Doughnuts

If you love nothing more than making a little foodie trip to some of Dublin’s delicious markets you may recognise the name Revolution Bakery and if so you’re probably hooked on their fantastic artisan doughnuts. These brioche beauties are delivered around markets like St. Anne’s Park and Herbert Park in their funky black food truck and stocked in Avoca stores, but they are so popular they are now getting a permanent home in the city centre.

Revolution Bakery will open a brand new Doughnut and Coffee Bar on Wicklow Street today, with a limited number of free doughnuts offered to the first customers to arrive. All Revolution Bakery doughnuts are made from slow fermented dough in small batches, which gives them their unique flavour and cloud-like texture.

Each handcrafted doughnut is made with care and every filling, compote and topping is made in-house, making these doughnuts that little bit special. Expect tempting flavours bulging with luscious fillings like Salted Caramel and zesty Lemon Meringue Pie and abundant toppings like Maple Bacon and Sticky Toffee Popcorn. If you prefer to keep it simple, you can stick with the tried and true classics of Jam, Ring and Boston Creme doughnuts.

Revolution Bakery opens its doors at 15 Wicklow Street this morning, Thursday 11th at 11am and is bound to attract queues of doughnut hungry punters, so get yourself down there now to get your hands on a free doughnut before they run out! The celebrations continue on Friday with a free coffee with each doughnut purchase until they sell out.
