This Much Loved Cork Coffee Shop Just Opened a Second Branch in the City Centre
The second branch of a much-loved coffee shop in Youghal, County Cork, Priory Coffee has opened its doors on Cork City’s North Main Street.
Keeping it local, as with their original premises, their beans of choice come from coffee roasters Badger & Dodo, based in Fermoy, County Cork.
From Thursday 21st September, skilled baristas will be serving your coffee of choice from behind a patent yellow La Marzocco espresso machine.
Indeed yellow is the choice of colour at the cafe, with bright pops of the shade scattered throughout.
The remodel of the unit was completed by local experts and tradespeople who worked right up util yesterday to add the final finishing touches before this morning’s 8am opening.
Along with a comprehensive coffee menu other tipples on offer include tea, hot chocolate, organic chocolates and treats, and a range of toasties, sandwiches, and salads.
Outside under a canopy coffee lovers will be able to sip alfresco, and not just thinking of all your caffeinated needs, there’s a dog (and cat) friendly area outside too.
Already established in the East Cork town, Priory Coffee also has Priory Fish & Chip open upstairs at No. 56 Nth Main Street, Youghal.
