On the 28th of November, a unique event will be taking place at Stack A Restaurant at Urban Brewing. Discover the unexpected as Michelin star chef Xosé Torres Cannas of Pepe Vieira joins forces with Urban Brewing’s head chef Dan Keane, for an evening of incredible food and complex beers.
Guests will enjoy a six-course tasting menu influenced by Galician and Irish cuisine from chef Xosé, that has been expertly paired with a different beer from both countries.
On the evening diners will be served two unique beers, brewed on-site in Urban Brewing’s microbrewery, one beer from O’Hara’s Brewery, and three from Estrella Galicia. Dishes during the meal have been carefully prepared to bring out the exciting flavours and aromas of each beer.

A lot of thought has gone into the beer choices and the food pairings, which will add an exciting twist as well as a fun and relaxed opportunity for people to learn more about the complex flavours of Urban Brewing’s beers.”
