Preston’s, a new restaurant offering at Bellinter House Hotel & Spa, will debut in March, delivering an exquisite and sophisticated dining room.
Preston’s restaurant is located on the lower floor of the Main House and is adorned in warm deep blue velvets and greys with brass accents, custom-built paneling, statement lights, and stunning bronze mirrors that reflect light.
While the dining room has changed, the distinct flavours on the menu remain of the same excellent quality. Listoke Gin Cured Salmon with Horseradish Mousseline, Watercress & Radish, €14.50, and Andarl Farm Free Range Pork Belly with Smoked Irish Black Pudding Mash, Celeriac Puree, & Pickled Orchard Apples, €23.50, are among the appetisers available. These Dishes have been carefully selected to tempt your taste buds.
Our skilled Chef Stephane Moreau takes dining to the next level with a passion for locally sourced and fresh produce. The wine list complements the food with wines such as Auntsfield Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, which delivers smells of passion fruit and citrus flavors, and the Cedro, Fattoria Lavacchio, Chianti, which is rich plum in colour and has a lot of earthy mineral aromas and flavours. Bellinter House is known for its excellent culinary standards and is frequently granted the 2AA Rosette.
Bellinter House was designed for entertaining, and with over 200 years of memorable events, it has seen it all. “We’re really happy to introduce our guests and neighbours to what we believe will be the setting for excellent days and nights out,” said Denise O’Brien, General Manager of Bellinter House & Spa. With a menu created by the restaurant’s head chef, Stephane Moreau, Preston’s Restaurant isopen for breakfast, and dinner, seven days a week.
