Marqette at Dublin Airport Launches New Summer Menu
Since opening in September 2015, Marqette has be providing airport passengers with a real fresh food offering, cooked by a team of professional chefs and served by a friendly, committed and a well-trained front of house team to bring you high quality, taste and experience.
With the airport’s busiest season fast approaching, Marqette have launched their new Summer menu options.
The kitchen team, led by Executive Head Chef Peter Brennan, strive daily to maintain consistency, whilst at the same time always looking to improve their food offering. Marqette is setting the bar high for restaurants and food chains in other airports worldwide proving that freshly prepared food is a key reason customers visit Marqette time and time again.
The new menu will supplement Marqette’s usual offerings of hand-made chocolate brownies, croissants, artisan breads from the in-house bakery to local jams, meats, omelettes, frittata and much more!
On a daily basis our chefs demonstrate their cooking skills live from The Hatch in Marqette and if you need any cooking tips they are on hand to assist you. Accompanying the unique and dramatic interior, the bar area offers comfortable and stylish surroundings in which to catch the latest news or sports scores whether enjoying a craft beer or barista coffee.
