Since opening in September 2015, Marqette in Terminal 1, Dublin Airport has be providing a real fresh food offering within one of the busiest thoroughfare’s in the country. Last year the team of professional chefs and friendly front of house staff celebrated winning four awards, and now 2017 looks to be just as fruitful as they have been shortlisted for three awards at the international Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) Awards.
Marqette is competing to win awards in three categories: Airport Food Hall of the Year, Airport Bar of the Year and Airport Food on the Go.
This year’s Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) Awards are set to be hosted by Toronto Pearson International Airport.
The shortlist was drawn from almost 250 entries, representing all sectors of the burgeoning airport food and beverage sector.
The awards will be presented on 22nd June during a gala dinner , and are the cornerstone of the FAB Conference , which will be held in Toronto from 21st – 23rd June .

General Manager Michael Thornton who will be a guest speaker at the FAB conference said he plans to use this platform to showcase Irish food and drink, within an airport environment, to a global audience.
