Lunchtime Favourite Poulet Bonne Femme Opens in Dundrum Town Centre

Fans of Ireland’s first rotisserie Poulet Bonne Femme will welcome the news that the purveyors of the delicious Rotisserie Chicken sandwich have now opened at Dundrum Town Centre, located in the new Food Hall on Level 3. The news comes as part of a recently agreed five-year partnership with Aramark which will see a number of new PBF outlets spring up in various locations throughout the city to meet the demand of its expanding customer base. Along with the opening at Dundrum Town Centre, Poulet Bonne Femme will also join the extensive eatery options at University College Dublin, which will be the second outlet to be managed by Aramark.

Speaking on the recent announcement, Sara Mitchell and Gavin McCarthy founders of Poulet Bonne Femme, said: “We are really looking forward to growing our brand in partnership with Aramark. This is an exciting next step for Poulet Bonne Femme. Dundrum represents an opportunity to access a wider customer base and we are thrilled to be opening here. Aramark share the same vision, ethos and understanding of the brand and we are looking forward to growing the businesses with our new partners in the coming weeks”.

The new deal marks the culmination of a busy few months for PBF, who are already looking towards further expansion with their original partners Avoca – with plans to open one of the country’s best loved stores in Dunboyne over the next six months. In addition, the new Aramark deal will open doors for possible expansion into the UK.

The new store at Dundrum will continue to deliver the high quality offering PBF has become known for, winning both awards and earning a reputation for providing crowd pleasing favourites. The PBF team are committed to catering to all carnivorous tastes, including delicious signature marinated rotisserie Irish free range chicken, honey roast ham, roast pork with crackling, roast lamb and roast beef.

From humble beginnings selling free-range Irish chickens 6 days a week at local farmers market, has grown into a brand known for providing a good roast all year round. As the Poulet Bonne Femme brand joins forces with Aramark, a global provider of award-winning services in food, facilities management and property, the company are looking forward to expanding their offering here in Ireland as well as the potential to take the brand overseas with Aramark’s support.
