Taking place on Tuesday 16th of October at 7pm, The Legal Eagle is delighted to host a paired tasting menu with one of their favourite wine producers, La Baronne Wines.
Château La Baronne is one of the leading lights of Corbières in the Languedoc region and this is sure to be an evening to remember.
Priced at €65 per person, attendees will enjoy four courses, paired with Château La Baronne wines and dessert. Anne Lignères of La Baronne will host the evening, guiding guests through the joys and challenges of Organic and Biodynamic winemaking.
La Baronne’s wine and love for their land and vines are the perfect match for food and ethos of the Legal Eagle. Their Les Chemins is a stand-out staff favourite and one of the most popular wines among guests.
Visitors will be in for a treat as Chef Ian Connolly will be preparing his signature Nose to Tail Menu plus dessert. The delicious food will be accompanied by four seriously exciting La Baronne wines.
