Pancake Tuesday 2023 Freebies
Who doesn’t love a freebie? The iconic crepe and ice-cream spot across Ireland is giving away free crepes between 9am-12pm on Pancake Tuesday in all stores nationwide, except for Liffey Valley. Choose between lemon & sugar and Nutella. Sounds like a delectable late breakfast or mid-morning snack at Gino’s!
An American-style diner calls for American-style pancakes. The Stella Diner located in Rathmines will transport you to a retro diner in the US, and who better to do up thick, fluffy pancakes than the Americans? They’re giving out complimentary pancakes from 10.30am on Pancake Tuesday! You can get the full shebang and try the Stella Breakfast Grand Slam though, which has all the best elements of a good fry up, plus pancakes. Douse them in syrup, grab a cup of Jo and take it easy at the Stella Diner.
You may know Captain Americas for their classic burgers, pizza and all-American fun, but they’re twisting it up and getting involved in Pancake Tuesday! Another spot to grab a freebie, Captain America’s are giving away free pancakes with any mains purchased on Pancake Tuesday. Lunch and dessert sorted.

Mackenzie’s are known for their gorgeous outdoor seating overlooking the canal, stylish atmosphere, and famously, their weekend brunch platters. Well, count yourself lucky because their oh-so sought-after Pancake platter, usually only served on the weekends, will be made available for Pancake Tuesday! Expect all the toppings, and spoil yourself with this mouthwatering affair.
The Old Music Shop – Pancake Tuesday Sharing Plate
This quaint spot is doing up a takeaway special this Pancake Tuesday. The Old Music Shop are doing a box full of their homemade American Style Fluffy Pancakes, plus a selection of fresh fruits, plenty of sauces to drizzle away (Biscoff and Nutella, anyone?) and some topping options too. This box will serve 4+ people, and for €25, that’s a steal. Make sure to pre-order this before the 18th of February at 7pm.

Choose from Maple Protein Pancakes (if you’re trying to make it healthy!), or Sticky Toffee Pancakes. Pancake Spots in Dublin
An Argentinian spot where anything you order is delectable, Alma has some of the best pancakes in the city. Drenched in moreish dulce de leche, you’ll be licking the plate clean.
