The fresh new menus feature an array of nutrient-rich dishes made with locally sourced fresh ingredients. Indulge in WILDE’s Super Food Salad, a heavenly mix of grains, pomegranate, baby spinach and toasted seeds. Or dine on a crisp Mediterranean Chopped Salad with buffalo feta and avocado. You will certainly get your five-a-day needs with these vitamin-packed plates.
Or warm up on a chilly day with a rich and vibrant Vegetable Curry, served with basmati rice, mango chutney & cucumber raita. The menu has had yet another revamp, as each of WILDE’s signature salads have been re-created for the season and are now available to order in smaller portions as a side to your main meal, so you won’t miss out on sampling these delicious delights.
For dessert, you can even savour a decadent vegan-friendly Avocado Super Cake, served with goji berry sorbet.
Seafood fans will swoon over WILDE’s flavourful Asian inspired Organic Salmon with Tenderstem Broccoli, soy and sesame seeds. Also on offer is a delectable Pan-seared Tuna served with a warm nicoise and potato crisps. For meat lovers the Grilled Lamb Cutlets with herb crust, roasted carrot & harissa will no doubt be a winner.
