Craft Beer Lovers Rejoice – HAGSTRAVAGANZA Brewery Festival Returns To Sligo

Calling all craft beer lovers – the renowned International Brewery Festival HAGSTRAVAGANZA returns to Ballymote, Co.Sligo with a stellar Irish and International line up.

Taking place on 28th July in the White Hag’s brewery, the festival showcases the leaders in the craft beer world with new and exciting beers for guests to sample.

HAGSTRAVAGANZA is the only International Brewery Festival in Ireland and has grown to be a must attend event for craft beer fans all across Ireland.

This exclusive invite only event ensures that only the best of Irish and international breweries are invited to attend. This year sixteen different breweries from ten countries will be bringing their much loved beers to Irish shores.

Over 1500 beer enthusiasts are expected to visit the festival over the two days. This year the theme of the festival is ’60 Beers You’ve Never Tasted Before’.

Attending breweries will bring at least two to three new beers to the festival. These exciting new beverages will never have been poured before in Ireland.

This smorgasbord of tasty beers is set to be the the highlight of the festival, allowing eager guests to sample some of the finest beers in the world and to try up to sixty brand new beers

Paul Mullin, Managing Director of The White Hag commented on the festival saying:

“Since then we have met and invited some amazing breweries from around the world as we visit beer festivals and distribution events in other countries. In doing this, we have the support of Bars, off licences, distributors and the wider brewing industry here in Ireland and abroad, and it takes this support to make the event work.”
