Cocktail enthusiasts have a delightful weekend ahead as premium vodka Grey Goose has teamed up with the newly opened Mulligan & Haines for a very special pop up experience featuring series of events combining fine signature mixes and delicious bites from November 24th to the 26th.

The weekend will start with an after work evening on Friday, November 24th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Guests will be treated to canapes and a complimentary Grey Goose cocktail on arrival. Attendees should RSVP for this event via the bar’s Facebook event here to avoid disappointment.

On Saturday, November 25th, the fun continues as the Ulysses-inspired bar will be serving Grey Goose Vodka’s delectable signature cocktails: try the sophisticated elegance of Le Fizz, enjoy a seasonal treat with a Cranberry Sparkler and or indulge with a classic Cosmopolitan. These cocktails will be just €7 until 9:00 pm on the evening, with tunes from Mulligan & Haines’ resident DJ until late.

The highlight of the weekend will take place on Sunday, November 26th, from 12:00 3:00 pm with the exclusive Grey Goose Vodka Brunch. For €25, guests can enjoy a 2-course brunch and bottomless Grey Goose Vodka cocktails.

The menu features a variety of scrumptious starters and mains including. Begin with a classic French onion soup with bayonne ham lardons and gruyere cheese croutons, smoked duck carpaccio with black cherry chutney and selection of bread  or baked camembert cheese with quince jelly and melba toast.

For the main course, choose between the following:

– Mulligan Eggs Benedict: English muffin topped with smoked crispy bacon, garlic creamed spinach, poached egg and hollandaise sauce.

– New York classic: Toasted bagel with caper and dill creamed cheese, Connemara smokehouse salmon and rocket leaves.

– Beef and Guinness hot pot, served with chips and stout bread –Chicken and leek pie served with chips and gruyere croutons.

– Blueberry pancakes with maple syrup and served vanilla patisserie creme.
