The Greenhouse are passionate about natural ingredients and using Irish produce where possible but above all it has to be of the very best quality where mother nature, flavour, balance and seasonality is everything, all cooked with skill and imagination and served with warmth and style.
The menus at the Greenhouse are simple in format but show Mickaels exciting & distinctive flavour combination, with visual impact always an important element. The innovative menus become the focus of a relaxed dining experience & we recommend a minimum of 3 courses & upwards, a surprise vegetarian menu is always available & all dietary requirements can be catered for.
