Guests will delight in a gourmet dinner menu of indulgence and abundance featuring traditional Thanksgiving classics – with a contemporary Jonathan Keane twist of course! Treat yourself and your guests to chef Jonathan Keane’s innovative creations, including a warming pumpkin soup with double fermented cream, spinach and ricotta tortellini, perfectly roasted turkey and sweet and sticky pecan pie, perfect winter fare to celebrate this most American of holidays.
There will be live entertainment throughout the evening with Carmel Dempsey, Brenda Curtin Diviney, lead fiddle player with Lord of the Dance, and Mike Stewart.
