Gin Lovers will find it hard to resist the charms of the Jawbox Love Club, a beautiful cocktail starring Jawbox Small Batch Gin, a premium spirit from Belfast that features warming notes of cardamom along with the traditional juniper.
Founder Gerry White shares this recipe, perfect for Valentine’s Day and “inspired by the classic Clover Club this one is garnished with rich, red berries and looks like romance in a glass.”
Ingredients:
– 50 ml Jawbox Small Batch Gin
– 10 ml Lemon juice
– 5 ml Grenadine
– 10 ml Sweet Vermouth
– 1 Egg white
– Redcurrants to garnish
Method:
1. Dry shake all the ingredients for about 30 seconds.
2. Add ice and shake again until cold.
3. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with redcurrants.
