A Fantastically Boozy Gin Afternoon Tea is Coming to Brown Thomas

Do you love gin? How about Afternoon Tea? We thought so. You can now combine these two wonderful things with The Restaurant by Johnnie Cooke’s new Gin Afternoon Tea.

Located on level 3 in Brown Thomas’ Grafton Street store in Dublin city, this heavenly Afternoon Tea experience puts a twist on the world famous fin brand, Bombay Sapphire.

Indulge in a mouth-watering gin-themed menu, highlighting some of Bombay Sapphire’s most unique aromatic botanicals.

Some of the delicious bites on offer as part of the Afternoon Tea experience include a Lambay Island Crab Crostini, Goat’s Cheese Croquettes, Bombay Sapphire East Macarons with Organic Irish Salmon.

Those with a sweet tooth will be taken aback by the G&T-infused Ecuadorean chocolate bar, a star of Bombay mousse with creamy coconut, liquid raspberry and passion fruit and a Bombay Sapphire East Crème Brulèe with a juniper berry.

And what will you be drinking at this exquisite Afternoon Tea? Why a G&T of course. The Bombay Afternoon Tea experience is running from Monday, April 16th to Sunday, June 17th.
