The gibson hotel’s hemi bar has unveiled its revamped drinks menu just in time for the summer months. The newly appointed bar manager, Adrian Foy, brings a wealth of experience from his time spent working in Abu Dhabi’s vibrant bar scene.
The hemi bar at the gibson hotel offers a mix of pan Asian and European dishes. Located on the third floor of the hotel, hemi bar boasts a private courtyard – the perfect place to relax and enjoy your speciality cocktail while soaking up the buzzing atmosphere.
The tempting cocktails include a refreshing Coral Sea made with Hendricks gin, St. Germaine elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and blue curacao.
Indulge in a floral cocktail with the Pair of Roses, made by combining Absolut Pears, lemon juice, rose syrup and rose water.
Why not personalise your cocktail with a Mojito My Way and choose from cherry and coconut, almond and orange, bubble-gum, melon or the traditional flavours of mint and lime.
For something that packs a little more punch, you can try the Smoke & Ginger, a delicious mix of Chivas Regal 12-year-old, Domaine De Canton ginger liqueur, ginger beer and lime juice.
Classic cocktails are also available, with an Espresso Martini on hand to give you boozy caffeine kick – a blend of Smirnoff vodka shaken with a Kahlua, a shot of espresso and sugar syrup.
To compliment your revamped cocktails, dine on Thai fish cakes, fragrant carrot and mango salad and spicy Singapore noodles with chicken.
Cocktails start at €12.00 so whether you’re a gin lover, a tequila connoisseur or a whiskey guru, there’s something for all tastes at hemi bar.
