Rachel Allen is joining Galway restaurant, Brasserie on the Corner, for a special ‘Kitchen Takeover’ on March 29th to celebrate the Galway Food Festival.

The TV Chef, Author and Journalist will create an exclusive menu for guests on the night. Rachel will also meet and greet diners on arrival, talking through her menu choices as each course is served, and sharing her cookery tips.

The dishes will incorporate Rachel’s key cooking techniques of simple but delicious food, ideal for family and friends. Her influences are both regional and global, with the BBC describing her as an “Irish cooking queen” and Good Food Magazine believe she “has put Irish cooking on the map in recent years”.
