Galway Restaurant to Host Tuscan Taster Dinner in Aid of Hospice

Dock 1 Seafood Bar and Restaurant in Galway is hosting an exclusive taster dinner later this month to raise funds for Galway Hospice.

The seven-course dining experience, which takes place on Thursday, September 14th, will be inspired by Tuscany and paired with matching wines from Castello Banfi.

Specially created by Dock 1’s resident chef, Brian McMonagle, the dinner will be hosted by Dante Cecchini, who is going to be travelling to Galway from Banfi especially for this important event.

All food & drink served on the night has been sponsored by Febvre Wines, Castello Banfi, Mary’s Fish (Monkfish, Scallops and Lobster), Dooncastle (Oysters), La Rousse (Venison and Cheese) and Total Produce (Vegetables).

Due to the sponsorship, all proceeds from the dinner will be going directly to the Galway Hospice.

Tickets for this special event cost €70 per person all inclusive, and dinner will commence on the evening at 8pm. As places are limited, those interested in attending are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.
