Featuring a Mississippi mud pie with praline ganache from Chocolateria de L’Opera (22% cocoa), a divinely decadent Chocolate and Orange Macaroon with orange pâté de fruit and Valrhona 72% chocolate mousse, White Callebaut Chocolate Cheesecake (28% cocoa) with Swords strawberry compote and a chocolate cone of Milk Chocolate Callebaut Mousse (34% cocoa) with apricot compote and pistachio Dacquoise.
