First up on Friday November 11th is Modern Chinese, bringing a taste of the Orient to Malahide! Looking to capture the true essence of authentic Chinese cuisine, spring rolls are out and Michelin standard contemporary dishes are in! Bon Appetit’s chefs guarantee to turn your conception of Chinese food upside down with this exciting themed meal.
Friday November 18th will see the battle of Meat vs Veg unfold, with an exciting tasting menu of both carnivorous classics and plant-based dishes designed to prove that veggies can be just as tempting as meatier dishes. Each diner will be given a meat and vegetable dish to sample for each course and asked to decide which menu was the winner at the end of the night. The stakes will be high and the chefs will be going all out to create explosive flavours.
Finally, Friday 25th November will see the kitchen embracing intercontinental cooking to produce a menu based on the theme of Indian Fusion. Using European techniques, much loved Indian flavours will be combined to create sophisticated, cutting edge dishes sure to excite all palates.
