Ingredients:
– 40ml chai tea infused Ketel One Vodka (To make, infuse 2 chai tea bags for 30 minutes)
– 10ml orange liqueur
– 1 whole egg
– 20ml condensed milk

Method:
1. Add ingredients together and shake hard.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail martini glass and garnish with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg and a stick of cinnamon.
Ingredients:
– 35ml Ketel One Vodka
– 15ml peach liqueur
– 30ml fresh lime juice
– 1 spoon raspberry jam
– 1 egg white
– Soda water
– Spring of thyme

1. Shake all ingredients, together with ice. Strain over ice in a highball glass, top with a dash of soda water and garnish.

– 10ml pear liqueur
– 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
– 15ml tea syrup – To make, combine 200ml of strong black tea and 200g of white sugar together and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Method:
1. Stir down Roe & Co Irish whiskey, pear liqueur, homemade tea syrup and a couple of dashes of angostura bitters with ice. Serve over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

– 40ml winter spiced infused Roe & Co Irish Whiskey
– 1 teaspoon honey
– 150ml boiling water

Method:
1. The Roe & Cosy is made by infusing 2 earl grey tea bags, 2 sticks of cinnamon, 4 cloves and 2 star anise in a bottle of Roe & Co Irish whiskey for approx. half an hour.
2. Serve in a heated glass cup with a teaspoon of honey. Add boiling water to bring out the spiced flavours. Garnish with a clove studded lemon wheel and star anise.

1. To make, stir the whiskey, brown sugar and coffee in a heated glass.
