On Sunday October 30th Fallon & Byrne launches Late Nights in the Wine Cellar, extended evenings of food and music which will see DJs spinning the decks every Friday and Saturday night, into the wee small hours of the morning. Enticed in first for great food and wine with excellent house cocktails, stay for the intimate atmosphere, the easy ambiance and the buzzy backdrop of the DJ’s beats.
Late Nights in the Wine Cellar at Fallon & Byrne first welcomes guests on Hallowe’en weekend with DJ Paddy Fabulous, well-known on the club scene and residencies all over the city for his encyclopedic knowledge of music and particular love of creating an eclectic blend of tunes from all eras. The first of a roster of changing DJs, guests who want to unwind in an atmospheric and laid-back late night setting will love the lineup.
On Dublin’s bustling Exchequer Street, the famous blue awnings and fairy-lit windows guide you into Fallon & Byrne where you can wander down the staircase to the candlelit Wine Cellar. As soon as you arrive, it feels special and snug, with high stools and long tables making it perfect for date night or a group of friends gathering to reminisce over good times shared and celebrating more to come. The shelves in the Wine Cellar are lined with more than 300 of the very best boutique wines from around the world, one of the city’s most extensive selections, and delicious aromas scent the air as you are serenaded by eclectic sounds from the DJ booth.
The menu offers something for everyone, so whether it’s a late night dinner, a post-show snack or after drinks nibbles, choose from a selection of small plates, the renowned Wine Cellar sharing boards, pizzas and a plant-based menu.
To celebrate the launch night of Late Nights in the Wine Cellar there are two-for-one Spicy Devil pizzas and two-for-one Passionfruit & Jalapeño Spicy Margaritas on Sunday 30th October. Visitors to this lead-up to Hallowe’en launch are encouraged to channel their inner trick-or-treater too, and arrive in their finest fancy dress for a chance to win a selection of fine prizes.
