Euro-Toques Dinner Series to End with ‘Bacon & Cabbage’ Night

The Irish branch of Euro-Toques, the European Community for Chefs and Cooks, is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a series of three special dinner events. The first two events took place in Luna on July 11th and last night saw Le Coq Hardi return to Pembroke Road for one night only.

The final dinner is set to take place next Monday, July 25th, in the heart of the city at the iconic Woollen Mills. A true celebration of the staple Irish classic, the theme of the event is ‘Bacon and Cabbage’ and will see five chefs from around the country putting their own unique twist on the quintessential combination.

James Joyce’s former workplace will see two of Cork’s best known chefs, Ali Honour of Ali’s Kitchen and Fenn’s Quay’s Kate Lawlor take to the kitchen. They will be joined by Chameleon’s Kevin O’Toole, Robbie Krawzyck of Tankardstown House and head chef of Leitrim’s The Cottage, Sham Hanifa.

Tickets are priced at €57.10 which includes a five course meal and reception drink. To purchase your ticket, click here.
