Join Febvre for a specially created 5 course BBQ menu at Asador matched with the stunning wines from Herdade do Esporão.
We cook all our meats, shellfish, fish and game on the Asador grill, over fires of lump-wood charcoal and oak & apple hard woods. We use maple and hickory wood chips to add further flavour to our famous steaks.
Each course, will be paired with one of Esporão’s award winning wines. David Baverstock, chief winemaker at Esporão will discuss the different characteristics that each of the wines possess and how they match each paired course. David, originally from Australia has been a major influence on modern Portuguese wine making for the last 20 years. Wines will include Esporão Espumante, Esporão Verdelho, Assobio, Esporão Reserva Tinto and their Late Harvest Wine.
