The DublinTown Food and Drink Festival Kicks off Next Week with Unmissable Events

The first DublinTown Food and Drink Festival is kicking off on Monday 15th October, with lots of food and drink experiences for all the family.

Join star chef Kwanghi Chan at Cooks Academy, where he will be cooking his favourite Hong Kong dishes and teaching you how to recreate them yourself at this culinary masterclass. After you have brushed up on your culinary skills, you will enjoy this delicious feast with wine.

On October 21st, dine at the chef’s table and indulge in a unique dining experience at Pichet, from head chef Stephen Gibson and ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ star Anna Haugh. Feast on a 6-course tasting menu and a welcome cocktail for just €65.

DublinTown Food and Drink Festival

On October 15th, join Rachel Allen for a special takeover at The Gallery Restaurant at The Church. For only €50, guests will enjoy a specially designed three-course menu with wine and tea and coffee.

For the brunch lovers, Lemon & Duke are hosting a fantastic jazz brunch on October 21st. Guests will receive a two-course brunch with a pint of Pilsner or Hendricks & Fever Tree tonic while listening to a live jazz band, all for just €50 per person.

Join NoLIta for a pizza demonstration and cocktail masterclass on October 17th. For only €30 per person, learn how to make an authentic Neapolitan pizza, followed by a masterclass on how to make a classic Negroni and a dessert Negroni.

DublinTown Food and Drink Festival

Throughout the festival, a number of free events will take place, including a Mulligan and Haines Gin & Cocktail Masterclass, sponsored by Schweppes 1783 Tonic. During this exciting event, guests will learn how to make and enjoy the perfect G&T and what garnish to serve with each tipple.

There are plenty of events to keep the little ones happy too. Head along to Cooks Academy and join their Kids Baketacular for just €15. Ideal for the entire family, this event will show the kids how to make cookies and muffins before they get to tuck into the tasty treats.
