Kids and adults will have the chance to go wild this winter with Dublin Zoo‘s spectacular Wild Lights event. During this magical nighttime event, kids will get to follow an enchanted trail dotted with giant wildlife-inspired colourful lanterns and illuminated animal sculptures.
In addition, visitors to Dublin Zoo, which closes early during the winter months, will be entertained by Chinese performers and browse through a Chinese craft market.
Lighting up the skyline of Dublin, this awe-inspiring festival of lights promises to be an unforgettable experience where friends, families and groups can come together during the festive period.
Speaking about Wild Lights, Leo Oosterweghel, Director of Dublin Zoo said: “I am very excited to announce that Dublin Zoo will host Wild Lights for the first time ever! This is going to be a really special and unique event for visitors to enjoy this festive season.
At Dublin Zoo, we constantly strive to offer new and memorable experiences for our visitors. Wild Lights is the first of its kind event in Ireland!”
Wild Lights opens on Friday, November 3rd and will run until Sunday, January 7th, 2018. Tickets are now on sale at a cost of €20 per adult and €15 per child and must be pre-booked before attending Wild Nights.
