There is no greater pleasure than indulging in a cheeseboard and a glass (or bottle) of wine. That is not up for debate. What is less certain is where exactly you should go to enjoy the holy ritual in Dublin. All of that is about to change, however, as a brand new cheese and wine spot called Loose Canon Cheese and Wine opens in the city centre this week.
Located in George’s Street Arcade on Drury Street, Loose Canon is the brainchild of Brian O’Keeffe and Kevin Powell, who you may recognise from café gem Meet Me in the Morning.

If you’re a fan of MMIM, you’ll know they pride themselves on using exceptional Irish ingredients to craft creative and crave-worthy dishes, and this ethos is carried through to Loose Canon, which will focus on offering artisan cheese and delicious Irish charcuterie.
Alongside this delectable duo, natural wine will be the order of the day, with a well curated selection on offer to match with your forage feast.
